Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
