Hepsia's File Manager enables you to administer your website files with simple point & click maneuvers. Right-click context menus allow rapid access to various file manipulation options, while handy drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your desktop computer in no time. You will also find built-in file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to archive and unarchive files effortlessly too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The integrated drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to easily move files between your desktop PC and the server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your personal computer and then drag it into your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop computer. Plus, you can download files and even folders to your desktop PC by clicking the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager user interface, you can create a new file or folder with just one mouse click. All action buttons are conveniently positioned above the file/folder list and you can edit your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, examine the contents of a file or update its permissions, erase a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to archive and extract all types of files. It does work surprisingly fast - just select the files you would like to make a zipped archive of and push the Compress button. You can even select the compression format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a chosen directory.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you actually do not need any external software tools in order to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to explore the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact appear on the web. Furthermore, you will find a set of integrated file editors, which will give you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more experienced users, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy individuals.
